WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO US FOR ACCESS TO THE APP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the website. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
